We are Teresa and Dennis
and are traveling from Germany to Australia
by local public transport.

Why local public transport?

We want to travel like locals. That means, we use the local public transport available: be it a rattling old train, a discarded Mercedes van that has found a new purpose as minibus or shared taxi. We want to feel the distance, and experience how cultures, landscapes and humans change with every kilometer we move. This is why we only fly if there is absolutely no other option to continue.

Why Human Travel Stories?

We show you the human side of traveling. Traveling for us means connecting with humans, listening to their stories, and seeing the world they live in through their eyes. No tourist attraction can bring a foreign place as close to you as humans can. We love sharing our stories with you.
